Confirm whether Apple shows a payment

If a payment is not shown for the selected scope, a missing bank receipt does not yet establish a payment mismatch. Thresholds, timing, and scope need evidence from the account records available to you.

Do not infer an unsupported status

A fixed workflow should return NEEDS EVIDENCE when payment evidence is absent. It should return FOLLOW UP only when the required evidence is present and a supported difference remains.
